Oral Presentations
All presentations will be done via a central PC, there is no option to connect you own laptop.
The PC will run on Windows 11 with current installations of Microsoft PowerPoint, LibreOffice Impress, and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Other file formats will not be supported. There will be no addons installed and no additional video codecs.
The beamers’ native format is 16:9. Other formats may or may not work, so sticking to 16:9 is recommended.
All presentations should be uploaded to the system no later than the day before your presentation. Please bring them on an (Windows-readable) USB stick. Presentations should be named “presenation-number_your-last-name.ext“, so, e.g., “O56_Lastname.pptx” if your presentation was number O56. You will find your presenation number in the online program that will be made available mid-July. This is not your abstract ID!
If you have videos it is advised you upload and test your presentation well before your slot in the program.
Please introduce yourself to the chair of your session in the break just before the session.
