From many countries you will not need a visa in order to enter Germany for a maximum stay of 90 days without taking up an employment. Please check on the webpage of the Federal Foreign Office for the regulations regarding your country.

If you require an letter of invitation in order to apply for a visa, please contact icmrm2025-registration@uni-wuerzburg.de providing a scan of your passport that you will use for travelling. The following details must be visible:

• your full name
• passport number
• issuing country

Please also state in which function are you planning to attend the conference (presenter, exhibitor, …).
