Deadline
All submissions have to be uploaded until May 4th (CET).
Preparation of the submission
Please take a look at the guidelines and templates for abstract preparation. All submission must include a 1-page abstract in PDF format.
If you are entering the Paul Callaghan Young Investigator Competition an additional more detailed 2-page abstract is required. In case you are not selected for the finalists of the competition, you submission will be considered as a regular contribution for a oral or poster presentation.
If you are applying for a travel stipend you can do so by uploading an application letter with your submission. Please read the section on travel stipends on what to include in the letter.
Submission
For submitting to the conference, please follow the link below to the portal.
On the portal you will first have to register (this is not the registration to the conference!). After verifying your account via the email address you provided during registration you can log into the portal and start submitting abstracts.
The process is self-explanatory. You will have to provide the following details:
- Abstract title and topic
- Information on the presenting author including the choice of submission type: regular (oral or poster), poster only, young investigator competition
- Names of all authors, preferably in the form “A. Author”; these will be used for generating the index of the e-proceedings
- The PDF files of the actual submission (see preparatory steps explained above for details)
